A few recent revelations…
1. wearing opaque white lipgloss makes me feel like I have four rows of teeth.

Een twee drie vier. four ROWS OF TEETH! When I wear this gloss and look in the mirror, I see a mythological Greek beast staring back at me.

2. Kissing my cat these days is a seriously sketchy endeavor.

OK, I just realized how strange “kissing my cat” sounds. Haha!
Anyway, he’ll go from kissy-kissy-lovie-dovie to “Molly, you in danger, girl…from my claw! and I’m gonna stick it in your iris if you don’t get the-eff-out of my space!” in less than a second.

He was fine with me taking pics of us together…until he wasn’t. best after the purple gloss (yup, Katy Kat again), he bit my nose full force, and it wasn’t even a love bite, either. It was a bite that said, “Woman. If you wanna keep the use of your eyes, get away, because I don’t want anything to finish with you up in my face.”

3. The Katy Kat Glosses are like the MAC Vamplify-s
All 12 shades of Katy Kat Gloss
Do you remember the MAC Vamplify collection? The Vamplify lipglosses are intensely pigmented like a liquid lipstick but have the weight and shine of a gloss. I like ’em, and I like these too.
The major difference between them is that the Katy Kats take longer to work out down. Like, the Vamplify glosses look like shiny patent leather from the get-go, but the Katy Kats take a couple of lip smacks (don’t worry, they aren’t sticky) to get to that point. They’re also a bit patchy at first, but if you give ’em a minute, they’ll get there.
Fave shade: Ninth Life! A cool red. When the shiny part fades, it leaves behind a faint red tint.
